The VeriCert approach goes beyond certification. It focuses on key processes, assesses performance and highlights the strengths and weaknesses in the management system, concentrating on the company’s risk areas

A customized approach

VeriCert is fully customized according to the risks to which the company and its management is exposed taking into account both sector specific risks and customer specific ones.
The approach is the following:

• VeriCert Discovery: this first step’s aims at identifying issues and areas of risks of the company by interviews and working session with the top management.

• VeriCert Scoping: the Audit scope will be defined jointly with the top management, and with our most experienced auditors in order to prepare the audit plan, which objective is to evaluate the business against a standard framework.

• VeriCert Main Audit will be performed in all relevant areas and processes of organization. The depth of audit can be customized to the generic audit protocol, specific issues in organization’s industry sector and/or specific issues identified by the organization itself. If compliance is upheld, we issue a certificate against international standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000…. A complete report will also be issued giving valuable information on key processes with performance ratings. It also provides simplified tracking of trends over time in order to better address long-term issues.

• VeriCert Surveillance Audits maintain certification and monitor performance progress over time on the key areas selected.

• Re-certification: At the end of the 3-year cycle, a renewal audit will be performed after a new discovery phase which will be dedicated to update and review the areas and issues to be analysed in the next cycle.
