FSMS ISO 22000:2018 Lead Auditor - Virtual Training Course
OBJECTIVES
PR 359: CQI-IRCA Certified FSMS ISO 22000:2018 Lead Auditor (2061)
The aim of this course is to provide delegates with the knowledge and skills required to perform first, second and third-party audits of quality management systems against ISO 9001, in accordance with ISO 19011and ISO/IEC 17021, as applicable. All references to ISO standards in this document are to the current versions, unless stated otherwise.
Note: CQI and IRCA may accept courses based on standards accepted as equivalent to ISO 22000 such as those used in schemes currently recognized by GFSI. This includes the Global Gap, FSSC 22000 (version 4), BRC,SQF and IFS schemes.
WHO THE COURSE IS FOR?
PREREQUISITES:
- Completion of secondary education. An understanding of report writing is desirable
- Experience in food chains and the principles that apply to them (HACCP, GMP, GAP legislation…), and an understanding of relevant key food safety legislation & prerequisite programmes.
- A prior knowledge of the requirements of ISO 22000 is required. A minimum requirement is that the standard must be read before the course
Note: those candidates who are qualified auditors in other disciplines (QMS, EMS, etc.) and have experience in food safety management may find the 3-day CQI-IRCA FSMS Auditor Conversion training course more appropriate. - Knowledge of the requirements of ISO 22000, which may be gained by completing an IRCA certified FSMS Foundation Training course or equivalent / by self study of the ISO 22000 standard
